Prerequisites/Standards:
RX: Complete ALL CF Open WODs as CFHQ RX standards. (all ages)
Masters 35+: Complete ALL (or most) WODs as CFHQ RX standards.
(**Age 35+ on or before 7/27/24, must have ID at check-in)
Scaled: Complete ALL (or most) CF Open WODs as CFHQ Scaled standards.

Can switch whenever you want, but once you switch you can’t go back.
