About This Competition

Join us for the Gymnasium Summer Team Games on July 12th, 12-4 PM! Teams of four (2 male, 2 female) will compete across three workout arenas, designed for all abilities. Each team will tackle 16-minute workouts with 4-minute transitions, ensuring a smooth flow. A rolling screen clock will keep the action moving, with a full rotation every 80 minutes and four heats per rotation. Get ready for an exciting day of fitness, teamwork, and competition. Mark your calendars and bring your A-game—it's time to test your strength, endurance, and strategy!

2nd Pair 20 Cal Echo Total (10&10)

Once each sub pair has completed a round of burpee over worm and Echo.

Team To Complete 2 Rounds of:

10 worm thrusters, 10 worm squats, 10 worm push press 

2 Person Worm @50kg


Score = 1 round 140 reps. Broken down 20 reps per pair completing the burpee over worm, per pair completing the Echo cal, 60 reps for the team worm.
