The Ultimate Team Challenge!
Grab your crew of four and take on The Games by Fitstop, a competition built on grit, strength and teamwork. Across three signature events: Heavy Hitters, Team Perform and Full Send. You will lift, push and grind your way through challenges designed to test every part of your fitness.
Whether you are chasing new personal bests or just want to throw down with your friends, this is your chance to come together, push harder and prove what your team is made of.
With two levels to choose from, every team can find their challenge and stand a real chance to win. This is about showing up, going hard and leaving it all on the floor.
The registration also includes trial classes at FitXpo.

Gain access to a wide range of trial sessions from top gyms and studios — think MMA, Pilates, Spin, and more, happening across both event days.

Train with legendary Japanese-Korean judoka Yoshihiro Akiyama, known for his gold-medal wins and appearances on Physical 100 and The Return of Superman, in an exclusive fitness class experience.

Format: YGIG (Max Load + Max Reps)
1 athlete lift at a time | 2 barbells per team
Timing: 15 mins
10 mins: Build to a 1RM CLEAN + FRONT SQUAT + STOH (per athlete)
1min REST
Final 4 mins: Max Barbell Thrusters in 1 min per athlete
(M: 45kg | F: 30kg)
Scoring: Total of best 1RM lifts + total thruster reps (team)
6mins REST
STATION 2: PERFORM
Format: Waterfall (Synchro Reps + Machine Cals)
1 athlete on Bike
1 athlete on ROW Erg
2 athletes perform synchronized movements
(When machine athlete finishes their target, all rotate forward)
Timing: 15 mins
Bike/Row: 15 cals (M) / 12 cals (F)
Synchro Double DB Snatch 10 reps @ 20kg (M) / 15kg (F)
Synchro Box Overs: 10 reps @ 24” (M) / 20” (F)
Scoring: Total calories from Bike + Row

STATION 3: CONDITION
Format: Work For Time
Flow: Buy-In → Main Work → Buy-Out, with running penalty every 3 mins
Cap: 15 minutes
Buy-In: 150 cals Ski Erg (shared)
Main Work (split reps, 2 athletes working synchronously):
60 Synchro DB Reverse Lunges @ 20kg (M) / 15kg (F)
60 Synchro Line-Facing Burpees
Every 3 mins - 1 pair runs 400m
Buy-Out: 400m Team Run (all 4 athletes together)
Scoring: Time Remaining on the Clock
