About This Competition

Welcome to the Dunamic Duo!

This event always brings the excitement of challenging workouts that test your skill and your will. 

This year we are switching it up to COED pairs!

The RX winners will take home that $500 Cash Prize $$$

All divisions will compete for the three podium spots with a variety of prizes coming from our vendors and sponsors.

100ft Syncnro suitcase lunges

(15:00 CAP)

 

Athletes will each run 100ft at a time(25ft x 4) in a relay. You go I go for 5 rounds each.

the reps may be split up however

there is no minimum requirement for any movement.

the lunges must be done in synchro.

DBs: (70/50)

Box jump overs: 30/24

Row 75 calories

Suitecase lunges : 70/50

20 Pull-ups instead of 10 BMU

athlete 1: 15 Toes to bar

athlete 2: 15 Toes to bar

athletes 1&2: 15 synchro bar facing burpees

 

2 rounds of "macho man" complex

athlete 1: 9 Toes to bar

athlete 2: 9 Toes to bar

athletes 1&2: 9 synchro bar facing burpees

"Macho man" complex

3 power cleans + 3 front squats + 3 jerks

 

RX: 185/125

 

Intermediate: 135/95

*toes to bar: 15-12-9

*Burpees: 21-15-9

 

Scaled: 95/65

*knee raises: 21-15-9

*Burpees: 15-12-9

 

Females go first

Every 2:00 x 3 rounds

10 Calorie ski + 3 Cleans

 

1:00 Transition after third round

 

Males go second

Every 2:00 x 3 rounds

15 Calorie ski + 3 Cleans

 

Cleans must "touch and go"

Cleans may be power, squat, or split, but must be taken from the floor. NO HANGS.

athletes load their own bars and get ONE attempt per 2:00 interval

athletes may go up or down in weight from round to round
