Syncro will be at both the top and bottom positions.

Tips: Make sure you go through the complete motion and that the syncro positions are maintained.  With only 2 attempts a no rep can feel very harsh. 

Yes, we are aware that technically the S2OH athlete does 6 reps

Burning the Dragon

RX division

For time:
6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6

(Ea partner does a complete round and then switches)

1-2-3-4-etc lane handstand walk* 

1-2-3-4-etc lane Husafelt bag Carry (60—180kg) 

 

Upon completion of the workout Athletes have 3 min to leave the field. 

Part B - Stealing the gold begins exactly 7 min after Part A

 

(Weights will be announced at a later date)

 

Bag will be carried with both athletes working together.

Partners can switch at every segment (no minimum requirement)

 

*Scaled -  Bear Crawl

*Regular - Bear Crawl 

*Advanced - HS Walk (1m segments)

*RX - HS Walk (’4m’ segments)

 

Tips: The husafell bag must involve 2 athletes in carrying it.  The handstand walk / bear crawl will only be 1 athlete completing the work. (switch as needed)

Wall Walk Complex's - Ea division will go to a different height, for RX/Adv this height will be placed as near to the wall as possible. 

For Regular this height will be at a fixed position away from the wall

For Scaled this height can be placed anywhere the athlete feels comfortable.
