Hyrox Simulation Series Ottawa September 13th
About This Competition
This HYROX simulation is an official part of the HYROX Canada x Red Bull HYPE TOUR
It will be featuring four unique race formats designed to challenge every athlete — from weekend warriors to seasoned competitors. All athletes will compete with Open weights for this event. Whether you're racing Toronto or want to test your fitness in a competitive setting - this is your chance!
EVENT FORMATS:
FULL Hyrox Simulation - The FULL vull of a Hyrox featuring a 1km run before each station. (Solo or Team of 2)
Hyrox Surge – A condensed version of the full Hyrox format featuring 500m run segments between full stations. (Solo or Team of 2)
Hyrox Strong – The iconic 8-station Hyrox workout without any running. (Solo or Team of 2)
Hyrox Team Relay – Teams of 4 complete the full Hyrox format, each athlete taking on two 500m runs and two stations.
All athletes will compete with Open weights for this event. Expect a vibrant race atmosphere with music and an incredible community vibe.

Race Types: FULL HYROX SIM (Solo, Team of 2), HYROX Surge (Solo, Team of 2), HYROX Strong (Solo, Team of 2), 4-Person Team Relay
Location: Ottawa Megadome, 5315 Abbott St E, Stittsville, ON K2S 0X3

Substitution Policy:
We understand that plans can change. If an athlete is unable to compete, substitutions are permitted at no cost up until 72 hours before the event. Please ensure your updated team roster is submitted in advance via Competition Corner or by emailing the event organizers.
Refund Policy:
Please note that all registrations are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including injury, illness, or scheduling conflicts. Substitutions are strongly recommended in cases where an athlete cannot attend.
