Are you in?

Teams of three require each member to be born in a different decade. This can be done in two ways: The first number in the age are all different or the date of birth all in a different decade.

  • No Refunds 
  • Can substitute members at anytime up to start of event as long as age requirements are met.

Workouts

For Total Time:

 

On 3,2,1..Go

Partner 1 will complete the run with a 50# wreck bag. At completion, Partner 2 will complete the run with a 35# wreck bag and Partner 3 will finish their run unweighted. 

For teams of 4, Partner 3 will have a 25# bag and Partner 4 will be unweighted. 

 

Distance: TBD

All divisions will have the same weighted wreck bags.

For Time: 

100 Drag Rope Single Unders Each Partner Performed Waterfall Style

100 Pull-ups (Sc Ring Rows)

75 Box Jump Overs (24/20)(Step Down)

75 C2B (Sc Jumping Pullups)

50 DU Each Partner Performed Waterfall Style (Sc Single Unders)

50 Bar Muscle Ups (Sc Pull-ups)

  • All gymnastics movements and the Box Jump Overs are split between the partners. 
  • The Drag Rope Single Unders and the Double Unders are performed by each member in full.
  • Mixed Teams will use the 20" box. 
  • Scaled Teams can step over the box.
  • Both feet must touch the top of the box. 
  • If capped at 15:00, the remaining reps will be added as seconds to your score. 

3-4-5 Minute AMRAPS

Teams of 4: 2-3-4-5 Minute AMRAPS

2 DL (315/225)(Sc 255/145)

6 Dual DB Thrusters (50/35) (Sc 35/25)

8 Burpees Over Dual DBs

  • Farmers Jerry Can (35#) Hold in order for work to be completed. 
  • Each partner picks a time domain for their AMRAP, and partners pick up where the other left off. 
  • Mixed Teams will have 2 barbells

For Reps/Cals

From 0:00-5:00

AMRAP Snatch (135/95)(Sc 105/75)

From 5:00-10:00

AMRAP C2 Bike Cals

From 10:00-15:00

AMRAP Cleans (135/95)(Sc 105/75)

 

  • Teams of 4, M/F Syncro at the top of the barbell movements.
  • Teams of 4 will also have a Ski Erg going at the same time as the C2 Bike in the 5:00-10:00 window
