About This Competition
The Ludus Games returns in mixed pairs format for another epic day of competition at Dominus CrossFit!
Murmillo (Rx) and Retiarii (Sc) categories are back alongside two new categories: Thracian (Intermediate) & Rudiarii (Masters).
Expect to see a balanced program of weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning!
