It’s time to SEND IT!


🔥 The HubGames is back and this time in our debut TRIO's format!

Our premier functional fitness competition is built for CrossFit and Hybrid athletes ready to test their strength, endurance, and teamwork across four high-intensity workouts.

Whether you’re an experienced competitor or chasing your next big challenge, this event will push your limits and bring the community together for an unforgettable day of sweat, grit, and celebration.


🏆 Team Divisions

RX Division – Men’s or Women’s Teams

For seasoned athletes ready to go big.

Expect advanced gymnastics (muscle-ups, handstand walks), heavy barbells, and workouts demanding elite strength, skill, and strategy.

Intermediate Division – Men’s or Women’s Teams

Perfect for confident athletes not quite RX-ready.

Moderate weights, technical movements (toes-to-bar, double-unders, barbell cycling), and engine-testing workouts that reward solid technique and smart teamwork.

Scaled Division – Men’s or Women’s Teams

Ideal for first-time competitors or those seeking an accessible but challenging throwdown.

Scaled weights and progressions (jumping pull-ups, single-unders, manageable barbell loads) deliver a fun yet intense competition experience.

IF the sandbag touches the floor after the last sandbag clean and before the E3MOM timer resets, there is a 3 synchro burpee penalty.


Ergs must stop E3MOM and cannot continue until al sandbag cleans are completed.


SCORE = Distance on both ergs combined.

Inter - 50/30kg

Scaled - 40/20kg

RX Women

45kg 3 reps

50kg 3 reps

55kg 2 reps

60kg 2 reps

65kg 1 rep

70kg 1 rep

Time-cap: 90 Seconds


Tie-Break: Time on the clock of your last successful lift.

Missed bars: Each bar un-attempted or missed barbell will equal a +15 second penalty added onto the time of your last successful lift.


For example: If you lift 50kg x2 reps at 01:14 and fail to lift the remaining two bars. Your score would be 1:44. (2 bars left).


Please note that you cannot move to the next barbell in the ladder until you have lifted the previous barbell.
