“Fortius on the Rox”
This event is our version of a hyrox type/style Race done in a obstacle course style. Easy/light movements with running ski and rowing in-between. It has 2 division (individual & team) the individual division is one long course for time while the team version is shared work with the running portions done together. If you are prepping for a hyrox/hybrid race or just want to test your fitness this is a fun/training tool for you.
