About This Competition

Les CFL Team Challenge reviennent les 1er et 2 novembre 2025 à CrossFit Louviers pour deux jours de compétition, de dépassement de soi et de convivialité !

Deux catégories sont à nouveau proposées cette année :

  • Débutant : équipes de 3 athlètes, avec au moins une femme par équipe. Ce format est idéal pour découvrir la compétition dans un cadre bienveillant et motivant.
  • Inter/RX : équipes de 4 athlètes, composées obligatoirement de 2 hommes et 2 femmes. Cette catégorie s’adresse aux athlètes plus expérimentés ou confirmés souhaitant relever des défis plus exigeants et se mesurer à d’autres équipes ambitieuses.
