About This Competition

Join us for our third Battle of the Birds, presented by Cross Chiropractic! 

We've taken a short break from hosting BOTB, but it's back and going to be better than ever! Teams of 2 (MM/FF) will take on 4 workouts, and 1 floater WOD.  There will be 2 divisions: RX and Scaled.  See division standards for more information so you can choose your division accordingly.

Workouts will be released starting in August!

Immediately into max rep cleans (155/105) (115/75) until 5:00

At 5:00, each athlete establishes a 1RM clean

Score B: Total Load Between Both Athletes

200 Double Unders (300 Single Unders)

Scaled Sandbag Weights: 30, 50, 75, 100, 150

 

Both partners start at the line, run down to a pile of sandbags.  Teams must move the sandbags, one at a time, until tey are all at the start line.  Once they are all at the start line, teams must move the sandbags, one at a time, back to the original spot.

 

*Sandbags must remain off the ground while being moved.

**Only 1 sandbag can move at a time.

 

Scoring Note: If time capped, score is :01 second per pound not moved.
