Workouts
Final test. No reps to count. No rest. No mercy. It’s a grind across three brutal stations. Grit is the only standard. Push fast, carry strong, and ski like you’re chasing light at the end of the tunnel.
FOR TIME – No Cap, Go Until You Drop
- Sled Push 100ft. (3 - 45lb plates/ 2 - 45lb plates)
- KB Farmer Carry 100ft. (2) 55/32 lb
- Ski Erg 50-calories total (split as needed)
You’ve got to buy-in before you can truly burn out. This triplet opens the door to your lungs and dares you to walk through. It’s all about pacing smart, syncing smooth, and closing strong.
14:00 AMRAP
- 80 Wall Ball Shots (split as desired) 20/14lb.
- 2,000M Row (split as desired)
- 40 Synchro DB Snatches 40/25lb.
Step into the engine room and see what horsepower you’re running. A fast run opens the door, but the barbell decides who has the torque to finish strong.
6:00 AMRAP (For Repititions)
- 400M Run
- Max Clean & Jerk (in remainder of time, split as desired) 115/65lb.
This one’s a burner, like a relay race through a gauntlet. One partner works, one rests. Every round gets harder, so tag your teammate fast and don’t drop the pace.
12:00 AMRAP – I Go, You Go Style
- 32 Cal Bike (split as needed)
- 24 Burpee Box-Jump/Get-Over (alternating reps)
- 16 KB Syncro Squats 40/25lb.
