About This Competition
Get yourself some team mates (2 FEMALES / 2 MALES) and get ready to test your fitness in our next functional fitness competition!
There will be 4 workouts guaranteed for everyone, and you will battle it out to make the podium and win some amazing prizes. Pick between RX and Scaled categories.
Each team will also receive a team name board and an athlete pack from Forte Fitness and other amazing sponsors like Tenzing, BioSynergy and Phizz!
RX - Movement standards (M/F):
WALLBALLS 9/6KG
BARBELL CYCLING (Snatch/CJ): 60/42.5kg
DB CYCLING: 22.5/15kg
Open Standard WALL WALKS
TOES TO BAR (at least 2 athletes)
CHEST TO BAR (at least 1 athlete)
BAR MUSCLE UP (at least 1 athlete)
SANDBAG WORK: 70/50kg
DOUBLE UNDERS (at least 1 athlete)
Scaled - Movement standards (M/F):
WALLBALLS 9/6KG

DB CYCLING: 15/10kg
Open Scale Standard WALL WALKS
HANGING KNEE RAISES (at least 2 athletes)
PULL UPS (at least 1 athlete)

SINGLE UNDERS (at least 1 athlete)

Workouts
06-10 mins: Both males find a 1 RM CJ
10-14 mins: Both females find a 1 RM snatch (RX)/ GTOH (SC)
Score= All 4 best succesful lifts added together, combined total score.
0-3 mins: Male pair 40 snatches for time 60kg RX/ 45kg GTOH SC
3-6 mins: Female pair 40 CJ for time 42.5kg /30kg SC
Score= both times from each pair will be added together.
If any reps are not completed that pairs score will be 3 mins + 1 second for any reps remaining.
For time-
50 Partner Wallballs (F/F 6kg) (Same for both cats)
50 synchro down ups (All 4)
50 Partner Wallballs (M/M 9kg) (Same for both cats)
50 synchro S/A devil presses (2 work M/F) (22.5/15 RX) (15/10 SC)
Score = Total time taken to complete all the following work. Any reps not completed will be added on to the time. 1 rep = 1 second.
3 MIN ON/ 1 MIN OFF x 3
Each interval score A will be the max distance of rowing meters, one team member can row throughout the working mins, athletes can change as much as they wish.

Interval 1:
30 wall walks (1 athlete)
IRT: Max synchro TTB (2 athletes RX) / Max synchro HKR (2 athletes SC)
Interval 2:
20 wall walks (1 athlete)
IRT: Max synchro pull ups (2 athletes)/ Max synchro DB hang CJ 2 athletes 15/10kg SC)
Interval 3:
10 wall walks
IRT: Max Bar MU (1 work RX) (1 work SC)
Score B = all reps combined over the 3 rounds.
All this work whilst the rower is working. So team member on the row whilst the other 3 work on part B simultaneously.
0-2 mins:
Pair A (MF 1) Max cal standing bike erg
Pair B (MF 2) Max cal ski erg
2-4 mins:
Pair B (MF 2) Max cal standing bike erg
Pair A (MF 1) Max cal ski erg
4-6 mins:
Max reps Sand bag squats ( 1 work)

Score= Total reps combined across the whole 6 mins.
