Førstkommende lørdag braker det løs!

Vi gleder oss til en dag fylt med svette, styrke og stemning – dette blir en opplevelse du ikke vil gå glipp av!

📍 Oppmøte: 09:00
📢 Obligatorisk briefing: 09:15
🕙 Første heat starter: 10:00

Værgudene ser kanskje ut til å utfordre oss litt, men det stopper ikke oss! Vi starter inne med tunge løft i økt 1 – før vi tar turen ut i ekte Baywatch-stil på økt 2.

🌊💪👉 Husk å ta med skift og varme klær, så er du klar for alt dagen har å by på.

  • 40 Synchronized box step-ups

  • 30 Cal row (damper 10)

  • 80m box push

  • 500/450m Row (475m for MIXED teams, split as needed)

  • 40 Synchronized toes to bar

  • 20 pullups (split as needed)

  • 40 Cal row (damper 10)
    - work when P1 pinch-grip 15/10kg plate, split as needed


ELITE

FOR TIME

  • 80m box push + 20/10kg plate

  • 500/450m Row (475m for MIXED teams, split as needed)

  • 40 Synchronized pull-ups

  • 20 Bar muscle ups

  • 50 Cal row (damper 10)
    - work when P1 pinch-grip 15/10kg plate, split as needed

SCALED:

For MAX WEIGHT – 3 EACH

For max total weight, 3 attempts for each athlete

  • 1 Deadlift

  • 2 Hang clean

  • 3 Front squat

Utførelse: Alle løft skal være ferdig innen TC. Vekt til dame blir ganget med 1,25.

For max total weight, 3 attempts for each athlete

  • 1 Clean

  • 2 Hang clean

  • 3 Jerk (any)

Utførelse: Alle løft skal være ferdig innen TC. Vekt til dame blir ganget med 1,25.

For MAX WEIGHT – 3 EACH

For max total weight, 3 attempts for each athlete

  • 1 Snatch

  • 2 Hang snatch

  • 3 Overhead squat

Utførelse: Alle løft skal være ferdig innen TC. Vekt til dame blir ganget med 1,25.

  • DB (15/10kg)

  • Water

Utførelse: ALLE herrene (også ink MIX) må løpe rundt Kvavik bygg, ca 200m. Damene kan fortsette turen til stranden imens. På stranden må hun vente på herren før hun plukker opp DB/fortsetter.
