About This Competition

***THIS IS A MEMBERS ONLY COMP***

Deep heat vs Fresh meat.. Who will come out on top?
A point for every registration in the age groups will get the rivalry started.

If you turn up to class, you are capable of doing this FUN in house comp. You can pick your level along the way. 

We plan to kick off around 8am and be done by lunch time, we will provide a more detailed timeline closer to the day!

4 workouts! 4 lots of fun...
No advanced movements.

Movement standards examples: 
20" Box push up  ---> Push ups
Step overs ----> Box jumps
Air squats ----> goblet squats
DB weights 7/10 ---->15/22.5

Inspired by Jackson, our most relentlessly energetic member. This event is a chaotic sprint for the caffeine-deprived and the over-caffeinated alike.
Blink and you’ll miss him, because Jackson finishes this WOD before most people find the rower handle.

The goal? Keep up with Jackson.
The reality? You probably won’t. But bless you for trying.

Legs like tree trunks. Cramps every single time. Welcome to Mitty Kong, a quad-burning sprint where the pump is real, the sweat is instant, and the collapse is very likely.

It’s simple: squat until you question life, then bike like your legs aren’t on fire.
This one is dedicated to Mitty, who puts the “mass” in lower-body destruction.

Pro tip: Stretch. Pray. Do better.

In honour of Steve. Who never met a box jump he couldn’t trip over. This event is fast, fiery, and guaranteed to raise heart rates and eyebrows.
Push hard. Snatch smart. Don’t stack it on the box.
And remember… if Steve can do it, you’ve got no excuse.

It’s the end of the road and everything hurts. The knees. The lungs. The pride.

This is the last stand for Deep Heat vs Fresh Meat, where experience meets enthusiasm and no one escapes without a limp. You’ll run, jump, lunge, and carry your way into the history books or straight into the ice bath.

Can Deep Heat grind their way to glory?
Can Fresh Meat hang on without cramping halfway through the plate carry?
Either way, someone is getting smoked.
