1 Shoulder to Over Head
*For a repetition to count the Complex must be done unbroken*
| RX: Men & Women pick your weight |
| Intermediate: Men & Women pick your weight |
| Scaled: Men & Women pick your weight |
|
Event Notes: On go teams will be given 2 minutes to first declare a weight to be loaded on the barbell. Once a team gets their weight confirmed by the lane judge teams will then load their bar to the declared weight in time remaining. On the 2 minute mark teams will then begin the 8 minute AMRAP for MAX repetitions of the complex. Teams may switch athletes as desired. SCORE: Teams will be scored by taking the total of successfully completed complexes multiplied by the weight declared prior to the start of the AMRAP (example: teams declared 185 and successfully completed 8 complexes, score will be 185 x 8 for an event total of 1,480). Important: Once your judge has confirmed your weight it cannot be changed | Complex must be done unbroken and must be performed as written above| teams in the Scaled division may power clean and then front squat the first lift (the squat clean) of the complex | All divisions - during the shoulder to overhead Athletes are allowed to push press, push jerk, and/or split jerk to complete the STOH. Team members must complete the complex at the same weight. Teams can switch athletes as desired. We want to see a clear separation of movements. Judges will call out each movement. Athletes need to get the call from their judge before proceeding to the next movement. Thrusters are not allowed. |

Once the team has completed 10 P. cleans they then move to T.T.B. after completing 60 reps they then move back to the bar to complete 8 P. Snatchs.
