About This Competition

The Game Plan Slam is a friendly, fun, in house competition created to get our community involved and give back to everyone. We will source prizes from local and non local companies, we will seek sponsors from local companies looking to give back to the community themselves and in return we will advertise them frequently throughout the event. We want every single person who takes part to walk away feeling like they had an opportunity to express their capabilities and have some fun with friends!

 

- No refunds for any ticket purchases. 

- Onselling tickets if cannot make the event is permitted.

Score 1 = Total combined weight from heaviest clean and jerk in each block.
Score 2 = Time taken for part 2.


RULES
Score 1:
You will have 2x 2:00 blocks, in each block you have 2 attempts at a max Clean and Jerk, No more than 2 attempts are allowed. Your heaviest lift from each block will be added together for your score.
eg: you lift 30kg + 35kg in block 1 then 40kg and 45kg in block 2 your score = 35kg + 45kg = 80kg as a score.

Score 1: Max combined load of heaviest Clean and Jerk in each block.
Females scores are divided by 0.70.
For example a 70kg female lift is the same as 100kg for a male.

Score 2: Time taken to complete 20 T2B or 35 Knee raises + 25/20 Cal Airbike.
*50+ 20/16 cal airbike
*60+ 15 T2B/28 Knee raises + 20/16 cal airbike

Bar muscle up - 15 points

RULES
- Only allowed to choose option 2 if performing Pull ups or Ring Rows for rig movement.
- 50+ categories = 5 Scaled Wall walks OR 15 hand release push ups instead of RX wall walks.
- DB loading, we are happy to negotiate and prescribe but we want you hitting the appropriate stimulus, not just choosing easy.
