This is one continuous workout, completed as fast as possible with your partner.
You’ll move through alternating cardio and lifting stations.
After each cardio section, you’ll work together to accumulate the total target weight (1000kg for women / 2000kg for men / 1500kg for men’s shoulder press) as quickly as you can before moving on.
Split the work however you like — it’s all about teamwork, strategy, and pacing to finish the full workout in the fastest time.
