Duality 2025
About This Competition
The Dualilty 2025 Individual Competition will be held on November 15th, 2025 at the San Antonio Shrine Pavilion.
This is the INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION where we are hosting the following divisions:
- Masters 35+ (35 through 39 years old on 11/15/2025)
- Masters 40+ (anyone 40 or over can enter this division)
- Teens 13-15
- Teens 16-17
- Kids 7-8
- Kids 9-10
- Kids 11-12
MASTERS DETAILS:
This will be a limited field competition with max athletes being 20 per division/gender
PLEASE KNOW THIS IS FOR "RX MASTERS" ATHLETES, we will not have a Scaled or Super Scaled division.
You normally Rx workouts in the gym and can do Chest to Bar Pullups, Rope Climbs, and cycle the following weights in a competition (at a minimum):
- Power Clean: 115/75
- Power Snatch/Thruster: 95/55
- Deadlift: 155/105
*We reserve the right to test Muscle Ups and HS Walks
