About This Competition

Interested but not sure what division to sign up for???

Here are a few standards to refer to:


 RX:

You’re an experienced athlete ready to tackle advanced skills and heavier loads.
Examples of movements include:

  • Bar Muscle-Ups

  • Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

  • Double Unders
  • Box Jumps (30”/24”)
  • Most barbell movements (heavier than 155/105 lb)


Scaled / Masters (40+):
You’ve got a solid foundation but may scale back on higher-skill movements or use lighter weights.

Examples of movements include:

  • Pull-Ups or Jumping Chest-to-Bar

    Single Unders or attempts at Double Unders

  • Box Jumps or Step-Ups (24”/20")
  • Barbell weights typically up to 155/105 lb


Novice:
You’re newer to competing or prefer keeping things simple, fun, and approachable.

Examples of movements include:

  • Jumping pull-ups

  • Single Unders

  • Step-Ups (24”/20”)
  • Dumbbell movements or light barbell work (under 95/65 lb)
