Viens avec ta Team representer ta Box et choisis bien les athletes que tu devras mettre sur le FLOOR !
Le princicipe est simple, le matin lors du briefing tous les wods vous seront annocés puis vous aurez 30 minutes pour definir quel(s) athletes sera / seront sur le Wod.
Votre équipe devra etre composée de 3 Hommes et 2 Femmes
Strategie : à chaque Wod , vous devrez bien choisir les bons athletes à aligner selon leurs points forts.
coordination et tactique seront clés !

Snatch : 50 / 30 Kilos
Clean & Jerk : 60 /35 Kilos
Dumbells :
Hommes : 22.5 & 17.5 kilos
Femmes : 15 & 12.5 kilos
KB :
hommes : 24 & 20 Kilos
Femmes : 16 & 12 Kilos
GYM :
