About This Competition

Our second annual Rise to the Challenge. We are very excited to open this one up to everyone!

This will be an individual competition. We will have 3 divisions: 

1. Up and Comers- This is geared towards newer crossfitters. You are just starting to learn what crossfit is all about. You are learning how to do the skill movements. You want to challenge yourself and have some fun.

2. Intermediate- You have been doing this for a bit now. You have some or all the skills obtained. You are looking to challenge yourself to see where you are at in your Crossfit journey.

3. Competititve- You have all the things. You are wanting to put your skills to the test. You want to face off against the best.

This will not be your typical CrossFit competition. You will not have to be at the gym all day. You will have a 90-minute window to complete 3 workouts. You will be able to do these workouts in any order you want.
