- Hang power snatches
- Box jump overs
Both athletes must complete all numbers
[Eg, athlete 1 complete 15 hang power snatches and then 15 box jump overs then athlete 2 completes the same, then 12/12 tag 12/12 ect all the way down to 6 / 6]
When finished wait for the 7 min mark then complete part B // 6 minutes.
