Part 1: Calories

- 80 Cal Row
- 80 Cal Echo Bike
Switch every 1 minute between machines until both totals are done.

Scoring:
- Part 1 Score: Time to complete the calories.
- Part 2 Score: Time to complete the synchro lifts and burpees.

2. 10 Synchro Over-Bar Burpees (the change weight)

- Deadlift: 80 kg / 120 kg
- Front Squat: 55 kg / 80 kg
- 80 | 80 Calories
Weights (Int):
- Deadlift: 60 kg / 100 kg
- Front Squat: 40 kg / 60 kg
- 70 | 70 Calories
Weights (Beg):
- Deadlift: 50 kg / 70 kg
- Front Squat: 30 kg / 50 kg

Every time you break, the team must complete:
- 20 single arm Dumbbell press
- 100 double unders

Intermediate
70 synchronised T2B
- 20 single arm dumbbell press
- 100 double unders

Beginners
80 synchronised knee raises
- 20 single arm Dumbbell press
- 150 single skips

DB weights
Open 22.5kg / 30kg
Intermediate 15kg / 22.5kg
Beginner 12.5kg / 15kg
Masters open 17.5/ 25kg
Masters Intermediate 15kg / 22.5
Masters Beginner 12.5kg / 15kg less

‼️ WORKOUT 3A‼️

You Go I Go | 0:00 - 7:00 Minutes

15-12-9-6
- Hang power snatches
- Box jump overs

Both athletes must complete all numbers
[Eg, athlete 1 complete 15 hang power snatches and then 15 box jump overs then athlete 2 completes the same, then 12/12 tag 12/12 ect all the way down to 6 / 6]

When finished wait for the 7 min mark then complete part B // 6 minutes.

‼️ WORKOUT 3B ‼️

Snatch Complex | 7:00 - 13:00

Combine total for heaviest successful complex of:
- 1 snatch deadlift
- 1 touch-and-go full squat snatches
- 1 overhead squat

Weights:
Open 35kg / 50kg
Intermediate 30kg / 40kg
Beginners 20kg / 30kg (power snatch accepted)
Masters open 32.5kg / 45kg
Masters Intermediate 30kg / 40kg
Masters Beginners 20kg / 30kg (power snatch accepted)
