About This Competition

Cash Prizes For Winners and Swag for Everyone

Divisions 

Rx Individual- Athletes who completed The Open Rx. If your CrossFit open level is a 7 or higher this is for you.

Highest skilled movement Pistols

Intermediate Partner Division. Average Crossfit level between teammates is less than 8

one or both teammates could not compete in the RX division and

one or both teammates could not complete the open this year as an rx athlete

****If both teammates completed the open workouts as written then this is not the division for you.****

Scaled Individual- For novice friends and people who have never competed in fitness. *note this is still competitive but movements and weights will be similar to scaled movements in The Open.

If an athlete cant complete the weight perscribed they may complete  as many rounds as possible of 5 deadlifts and 5 Burpees over bar in the time remaining.
