About This Competition
HYROX is taking the fitness world by storm—and now it’s your turn to experience the excitement! Join us at 604 Athletics, the first official HYROX affiliate in Vancouver, for a special HYROX-style simulation event designed to give you a taste of the race that’s sweeping gyms and competitions across the globe.
This non-competitive, low-stress afternoon is all about community, fitness and fun. Whether you’re HYROX-curious or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, you’ll enjoy a scaled-down version of the real thing—no pressure, just sweat and smiles.
Expect a mix of running, cardio machines, and functional movements, in a supportive, high-energy environment. It’s the perfect way to see what HYROX is all about without the race-day nerves.
We are limiting registration to 60 athletes, and will be starting waves of 5 athletes through the simulation every 10 mins. Once we have closed registration you will be assigned a start time and workout briefing time to review the workout and ask any questions to our coaches before you start.
We will have a live leaderboard for you to post your finish time to, but as this will be "self judged" we will not have prizes for the top placing athletes.

What to bring:
Athletic shoes (Running shoes are ideal)
Water bottle & Towel
Basic knowledge of the 8 HYROX movements
A can-do attitude and high fives to spare!
All fitness levels welcome. Come solo or bring a friend—this is your chance to try something new, be part of the HYROX hype, and celebrate with the city’s biggest HYROX community at 604 Athletics!
