About This Competition

We are back for year 11 of Gobbler Games and this year will be more epic than ever! We have reduced our heat sizes to allow for new movement variety for our competitors and to allow for a larger athlete/warm up area. Which also means this event will sell out quick as always, so be sure to have your squad ready when registration opens! We are so excited to see everyone again this year!

Rx, Intermediate, Scaled Divisions
If you have attended any of the past GG events then you already know what an awesome event this is.
Workouts are always Fun and challenging designed to test your fitness and ability to work as a unit, but also we want you to have fun so we always throw in some fan favorites!
Lots of fan favorite vendors!
Awesome DJ pumping out the dopest beats!
Delicious food to fuel your gains!
Epic atmosphere!
Of course Dustin Lansing Photography will be capturing all of your action!
The most important movement applies to all divisions. You MUST be capable of SMILING and HAVING FUN!

12 Toes to Bar INT: 8 Toes to Bar SC: 8 Feet Above Hips


*321 Go! M2 and F2 start biking, one person working at a time, can tag out as desired. While M2 and F2 are working on the bike M1 and F1 are working on their AMRAP5 of SBOS and bmu/pull ups/ring rows with one person completing a full round and then tagging in their partner who will then complete a full round. They will go round for round for 5mins while M2 and F2 are tagging in and out as desired on the bike. At the 5min mark M1 and F1 will switch to the bike and they will tag in and out on the bike as desired while M2 and F2 will go round for round on their AMRAP5 of 6 SBS and T2B/T2B/FAH.


*Score: Each WOD will have their own score.

15min Est. Heaviest Lift

P1: 5RM Shoulder to Overhead

P2  5RM Power Clean

P3: 15RM Back Squat

P4: 15RM Bench Press


*321 Go! P1 will start from the rack working on stoh. and P2 will start building on their Power Clean. Only one person can have a lift judged at a time. Once both P1and P2 are finished P3 will work from the rack on their back squat. After P3 is finished, P4 will then work from the rack on their Bench Press**STOH:All lifts must come from the front rack. Can not be behind the neck. can be a press, push press, push jerk, split jerk, squat jerk

**Score: total combined weight of each athletes heaviest successful lift. If each athlete hits 100lbs then the score for the team is 400lbs

P1: 1min Max DB Box Step Overs RX: Dbl 50/35, INT: Single 50/35, SC: Single 35/25

P2: 1min Max Rounds of 3 Deadlift+2 Hang Power Cleans+1 Shoulder to Overhead

*RX:155/105, INT: 135/95 SC: 95/65

P3: 1min Max Banger Reps (1rep=12inches)

P4: 1min Max Double Unders RX: DU, INT: DU, SC: Singles


*321 Go! P1 starts working on BSO while the other 3 athletes are resting. When the clock hits 1:00 P2 immediately starts working on complex for 1:00. When the clock hits 1:00 P3 immediately starts working on the banger for 1:00. When the clock hits 1:00 P4 immediately starts working on jump rope for 1:00.


Score: total combined reps for all 4 athletes.

50 Wallballs RX: 20/14, INT 20/14, SC: 14/10

50 Box Jump Overs RX: 24/20, INT 24/20, SC Step Overs at 24/20

50 DB Snatch RX: 50/35, INT: 50/35, SC: 35/25

50 Cal Ski


*321 Go! One athlete works at a time with the other 3 resting. Can tag in and out as desired, but movements must be completed in order. When you complete the ski start back with the wallballs.
