About This Competition
Join us on Saturday, November 15th for our annual FriendsGiving partner competition at CrossFit Blue Light! This one-day, co-ed teams of two event will feature three fun but challenging workouts designed to be beginner-friendly while still pushing our more advanced athletes. After the competition, we’ll celebrate with our traditional FriendsGiving chili cook-off and potluck, bringing our community together for fitness, food, and fun.
