Join us for our 3rd annual Epically Average Fitness Festival.
If you're looking for a fun compeition with epically average athletes, this is the comp for you. We will annouce all workouts, standards, information over the coming weeks. Hope to see you there!

Standards
*1 Athlete works while 1 Athlete rests
* Row: Athletes can switch at anytime. Roll over calories will not count. Rowers will need reset before you start your proceeding set.
* Toes To Bar: Feet must pass behind the pull up bar plane each rep and contact both feet to the pull up bar at the same time.
* Dead Lifts: Barbell will start on the ground and be lifted to full extention/lockout of the knees and hips, Shoulders & chest must be behind the barbell plane standing tall at the top.

* Dead Lifts: Barbell will start on the ground and be lifted to full extention/lockout of the knees and hips, Shoulders & chest must be behind the barbell plane standing tall at the top.
