About This Competition
THE MANOR GAMES
Born from the DNA of our annual fitness competition YARDWARS. This is the evolution and the ultimate fitness competition. Testing your strength, grit, determination & teamwork across 4 arenas & all modalities. A physical & mental test unlike anything you've experienced before.
THE FORMAT
- Teams of 4 (2M/2F)
- Up to 32 teams competing
- Four arenas: ENGINE, PERFORM, GRUNTWORK, YARDWORK
- Rack up points across all arenas — top 4 teams advance to the Final and battles for 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Winner takes the Crown.

ENGINE – CONDITIONING, LUNGS AND GRIT TESTED UNDER PRESSURE
PERFORM – OLYMPIC LIFTING AND PLYOMETRICS - RAW POWER AND SPEED
GRUNTWORK – STRONGMAN-INSPIRED GRAFT, HEAVY AND UNRELENTING
YARDWORK – CHAOS. ENDURANCE AND WORK RATE COMBINED

90kg - 1 rep (Max weight)
Female pair:
20kg - 3 reps
30kg - 3 reps
40kg - 2 reps
50kg - 2 reps
60kg - 1 rep (Max weight)
If max weight is hit and there is still time, pairs can go back and forth at the max weight they have hit for more points (YGIG between M and F pairs still)
Score is based on how many reps hit during the 10-minute time cap

Time cap: 10 mins
Score: Max calories on the assault bike
- Complete 5 sandbag to shoulder each @ 30/50kg (f/m)
- Once team member 1 has completed their 5 sandbag to shoulder, they must sprint a sled 20m @90/115kg (f/m)
- Once complete, they must jump onto the assault bike until the next teammate has completed their sandbag to shoulder and sled sprint
- Repeat for all team mates
- Repeat sequence for 10 minutes to get max calories on the assault bike
