Erada Fitness Throwdown 2026
About This Competition
Erada Fitness Throwndown 2026 is a Team competition that is specialized in functional fitness. Happening every year at Erada Fitness after the tremedous success of its predecessor.
Erada Fitness Throwdown will take place in Erada Fitness Men (Doha), the biggest Fitness community in Qatar. The event will kick off on February 6th for Women Competition (which will be private and closed to women only) and February 7th for Men Compeititon .
The competition will be divided into 4 categories:
- Team of 3 Men Rx
- Team of 3 Men Intermediate
- Team of 2 Women XFit
- Team of 2 Women Active
Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams in each category. For each event, the winning team will earn the highest score of 100 points. The team with the highest overall points will be crowned the champion. Our goal is to celebrate and recognize the fittest team within Qatar’s community.
Categories:
Team of 3 Men Rx
(Registration Fee is 180$ for the team)
- Teams will consist of 3 men, with a maximum of 10 teams allowed.
- Athletes must be 16 years or older.
- Participation is open to all gyms.
- Athletes must be capable of performing all RX movements included in the 2025 CrossFit Open and all regions big competition
- All teams will participate in all events on the competition day.
- The top 3 teams overall will receive cash prizes.
- A valid photo ID is required during check-in.
- By entering the Erada Fitness Throwdown, you consent to the use of your image in any photographs or videos taken on the premises for promotional and marketing purposes.
- By entering the Erada Fitness Throwdown, you agree to adhere to all guidelines and rules set forth by Erada Fitness.
- Cash prizes, plus additional prizes from our sponsors.
- The competition will be held at Erada Fitness Men, Doha.
Team of 3 Men Intermediate
(Registration Fee is 180$ for the team)
- Teams will consist of 3 men, with a maximum of 10 teams allowed.
- Athletes must be 16 years or older.
- Participation is open to all gyms in Qatar.
- Athletes must have at least 6 months of fitness experience.
- All teams will participate in all events on the competition day.
- The top 3 teams overall will receive prizes.
- A valid photo ID is required during check-in.
- By entering the Erada Fitness Throwdown, you consent to the use of your image in any photographs or videos taken on the premises for promotional and marketing purposes.
- By entering the Erada Fitness Throwdown, you agree to adhere to all guidelines and rules set forth by Erada Fitness.
- The competition will be held at Erada Fitness Men, Doha.
Team of 2 Women XFit
(Registration Fee is 120$ for the team)
- Teams will consist of 2 Women, with a maximum of 10 teams allowed.
- Athletes must be 16 years or older.
- Participation is open to all gyms in Qatar.
- Athletes must be capable of performing all RX movements performed at Erada Fitness Xfit Classes.
- All teams will participate in all events on the competition day.
- The top 3 teams overall will receive cash prizes.
- A valid photo ID is required during check-in.
- By entering the Erada Fitness Throwdown, you agree to adhere to all guidelines and rules set forth by Erada Fitness.
- Cash prizes, plus additional prizes from our sponsors.
- The competition will be held at Erada Fitness Men, Doha.
Team of 2 Women Active
(Registration fee is 120$ for the Team)
- Teams will consist of 2 Women, with a maximum of 10 teams allowed.
- Athletes must be 16 years or older.
- Participation is open to all gyms in Qatar.
- Athletes must be capable of performing all movements performed at Erada Fitness Active Classes.
- All teams will participate in all events on the competition day.
- The top 3 teams overall will receive prizes.
- A valid photo ID is required during check-in.
- By entering the Erada Fitness Throwdown, you agree to adhere to all guidelines and rules set forth by Erada Fitness.
- The competition will be held at Erada Fitness Men, Doha.
