About This Competition

Marlborough Mixed Masters Series

All Levels are welcome and workouts will be designed to cater for all

Each athlete must be a minimum age of 35+

3 Categories of paired mixed masters (M/F) of combined age:

Category 1 - 70-82

Category 2 - 83-95

Category 3 - 96+ 

 

3 Workouts in an hour window 

12 minutes per workout with an 8 minute transition  period to allow any rest/ preparation for next workout 

Podiums hosted at the end of each Category

- Complex must begin before 6 minutes to count, but cannot start gymnast until complex is finished.

- Athletes will announce there weight before lifted

1 - Toes above hips 
2- Toes to Rings 
4- Ring pull ups 
8- Ring Muscle ups 

- Can only perform one movement at a time and not a complex of movements.

for example 3 rmu into 3 toes to ring into 5 toes above hips wouldn't count in one go

you would need to drop from the rings after the rmu to perform the toes to rings and then drop again to perform toes above hips

Scoring 
A - Load of max complex of male and female combined
B - Points
