Workouts
12-minute AMRAP
Partners alternate full rounds
12 DB Snatches (6 Right then 6 Left arm) (RX: 50/35, SC: 35/25)
10 Burpee over DB

Scoring: Total completed reps.
Format: 10-minute AMRAP
One partner completes the barbell movements while Partner 2 completes max cals on the assault bike.
Partner 1: Completes a round of: (cannot sq clean!)
- 6 Power Cleans (RX: 115/75 | Scaled: 75/55)
- 8 Thrusters (RX: 115/75 | Scaled: 75/55)
Partner 2: Max Calories on the Assault Bike
👉 Partners complete a round of 6 Power Cleans and 8 Thrusters before switching
💀 Scoring: Two scores: Score 1=Total reps, Score 2= Total calories completed, Roll over counts but no rounding.
Format: 10-minute AMRAP

🕷️ Final WOD: “The Witching Hour” (7-minute AMRAP)
Buy-in (once): 100 Wall Balls (RX: 20/14 to top target, Scaled: 14/10 to lower target)
Then, AMRAP:
12 Synchro Burpees over the bar (both athletes chest to floor, jump together)
10 Synchro Deadlifts (RX: 225/155 | Scaled: 155/105)
👉 Synchro = both athletes perform the movements at the same time.
👉 Scoring: Total completed reps.
15-minute EMOM (:50 to complete MAX reps/:10 transition)
Teams of 2 – partners split reps however they like
Minute 1: MAX Box Jumps (RX: 24/20” | Scaled: step-ups, L+R= 1 Rep)
Minute 2: MAX KBs Hang Clean & Jerks (RX: 53/35 | Scaled: 35/26)
Minute 3: MAX Sit-ups
