Workouts

Barbell  2 RM- TnG Clean
4 Minute Time Cap

MAX 2RM Touch-and-Go Clean

Once the bar leaves the ground for the first clean, it cannot be dropped or reset.
Both reps must be completed unbroken while maintaining grip on the bar.
The complex must be performed as one continuous sequence.
If you fail a weight you MAY decrease your weight on the bar.  Both reps must be completed within the 4:00 minute Time Cap


Scoring: Heaviest successful 2 Rep Touch and Go Clean

8 MIN Time cap

5M Handstand Walk OR 25M Bear Crawl

100M Jerry Can Run (50M Out/50M Back)

20M Shuttle Run  (10M/10M)

40M Shuttle Run (20M/20M)

60M Shuttle Run (30M/30M)

80M Shuttle Run (40M/40M)

100M Shuttle Run (50M/50M)

100M Jerry Can Run (50M/50M)

5M Handstand Walk OR 25M Bear Crawl

Variations:

Pro: None

Scaled: 60-64, 65+: No Handstand or Bear Crawl.  Will Run with a Kettlebell M 12kg and F 8kg

Athlete Flow:

Athlete to start behind the line.  Athletes can choose either a 5M Handstand Walk (no set increments) OR 25M Bear Crawl (5M increments).  Then the athlete can run and return back to the start line to pick up the Jerry Can and Run from the start zone (50M out and 50M back total).  Place the jerry can behind the start line (no dropping). The Athlete will perform 5 Shuttle Runs, Run to each distance out and back (10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50m), both feet to cross the line at each desired metre and return to the start zone each time.  The athlete will do one last Jerry Can Run (100m total) before the final 5M Handstand or 25M Bear Crawl. Time cap 8 minutes. Score Time plus Reps Completed

WOD 1 - Step Your Game Up

6-Minute AMRAP
12  Wall Balls

12 Single Alternating DB Snatch

12 Weighted Step Ups - @20"

Score: Total reps completed within 6 minutes.

Time Cap: 6 minutes

Score: Total reps completed within 6 minutes.

Athlete Flow:
Start at your wall ball target 
Complete all 12 Wall Balls before moving to the Single Arm Alternating DB Snatch for 12 reps, before holding onto your dumbbell and completing 12 Weighted Step Ups reps. Repeat these movements as many times within the 6 mins.
Move to the barbell area for 6 minutes.
You may warm up your clean - but the barbell MUST be empty at the end of the rest period.


Rest 6 Minutes Before WOD 2 - LOAD EM UP

Fast and Furious 

3 Minutes to Accumulate Max Calories on Assault Bike

Score = Max Calories

Athlete Flow:

The Athlete will stand behind the bike, and on the call of Go get on to the bike and start pedaling.  They will keep going until the 3 minute mark is up.

Please note in the event of a tie break situation at the end of the day.  This event will be used at the Tie Breaker.

25 Toes to Bars

Athlete Flow:

Athletes will start on the Rower with hands behind back.  On the call of 3,2,1 Go the Athlete will begin and row 500M.  Once finished they will move to the barbell and perform 20 Shoulder to Overhead reps, they will move to the rig and complete 25 Toes To Bar.  The athlete will move back to the barbell and do 25 Lateral Burpees over the barbell before moving to the rig for 20 Pull Ups.  Once finished the 20 reps the athlete will move to the barbell for the final time and complete 25 Thrusters.  Score = Time completed.
