About This Competition

The 2025 Summer Summit Games, scheduled to be held on June 14, 2025, is a bi-annual CrossFit competition that brings together over 100 athletes, volunteers, and fitness enthusiasts from the region. This event celebrates the spirit of competition, camaraderie, and the pursuit of excellence in the realm of functional fitness. This event attracts a diverse and engaged audience, including athletes and spectators from all walks of life.

• 6 Burpees Over Bar

• 9 Wall Balls (20/14)

 

Tie Breaker: Time when 10th round is complete. (both partners have completed 5 rounds each)
