Looking for an inclusive, high-energy, and community-focused fitness event? This is it. Join us at 732 CrossFit for a full day of fun and fitness in collaboration with Anti Social Athletes Club.  Event Highlights: Mixed Teams of 4 (Open Division – 2M | 2F) 4 Scored Workouts testing your strength, endurance, and teamwork Accessible Movement Standards to keep it inclusive, but still spicy Exciting Prizes for podium finishers On-Site Food & Refreshments Professional Photography to capture the action Big Tunes, Big Vibes – all day long Expect to wrap up before 4:30 PM, so you can smash workouts and still enjoy the rest of your weekend Expect a classic throwdown that’s as fun as it is challenging — bringing together athletes from all backgrounds for an unforgettable day.   Movement Standards (Open Division – Mixed 4’s): Toes-to-Bar or Hanging Leg Raise (2:1 ratio) Pull-ups (for 1 athlete) Barbell Ground-to-Overhead 42.5/30kg (all athletes) Box Overs: 24/20 inch (all athletes) Dumbbell Movements: 22.5 / 15 / 12.5 / 10kg (1 dumbbell per athlete) Kettlebell Movements: 16 / 12kg (all athletes) Fundamental Movement Standards: Squats (hip crease below parallel) Lunges (knee to floor) Programming is designed to challenge while keeping the experience inclusive — perfect for competitive fitness lovers who want to test themselves and have a great time doing it.   Grab your ticket now and lock in your spot on the comp floor! 12' AMRAP: 

20 Synchro KB Swings 

10 Synchro Toes To Bar (or 20 Hanging Knee Raise)

Workout Flow: 

- 2x Sub Teams of 2 athletes
ST1 works for 3 mins | Rests for 3' | Works for 3' | Rests for 3'

Workouts 2&3: 

Workout 2: 

Each athlete gets a 4' Window to build to a heavy lift. One athlete completes one lift each- Score is total weight lifted (only the heaviest weight from each complex will count towards the total)

0-4: Clean + Hang Clean + Front Squat + STOH

4-8: Clean + Hang Clean + Front Squat

8-12: Clean + Hang Clean

12-16: Clean

Non- working athletes can rotate on the Echo bike- Workout 3 is total calories on the Echo Bike 

Max Cals accumulated on the echo bike
