CFH Fall Brawl
About This Competition
At CrossFit Huntley, we will be hosting a 2 person team competition:
- male and male
- female and female
- male and female
There will be an Rx and a scaled division.
All teams will compete in 5 workouts - 4 WODs and a floater WOD.
Cash prizes and merchandise for our winners.
No refunds will be given after our regisration window has closed.
To guarantee a shirt - register by July 28th, 2025

14 Minute AMRAP:

60 Wall Balls (20/14) (10 ft/ 9 ft)
40 Calorie Row

*scaled will be singles and scaled wall walks
**wall walks will be the same standards as the last CrossFit Open
For Time:

Sandbag Squats
30-60-90-120 ft
Sandbag Carry
8 minute time cap
Rx - 150/100
Scaled - 100/70
*one partner will complete the full workout and then the second partner will go - score will be the total time it takes for both partners to comoplete the workout
**sandbag must be held on the shoulder for squats

6 Minutes to find a 1 rep max Power Clean
*both team members will find a max within the 6 minutes
**this event takes place directly after event 2

10 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees

Directly into 6 minutes to find a 1 rep Power Clean (each)
*both partners will find a 1 RM Power Clean in the 6 minutes
Standards - must utilize a 45/35 lb barbell with clips; both partners will complete synchro burpees (chest touches ground at same time) on the same barbell; can be any type of snatch
