About This Competition
This a fun team of 4 competition designed around community inclusivity where we can come together for a common goal. Get fit, have fun and support one of our own.
The format for this comp is a team of 4 made up anyhow. Theres 2 divisions, Advanced and Open. If you RX most workouts and are competent in gymnastics you will have no dramas with Advanced. This wont be programmed at a Torian level but will still challenge everyone!
Workouts will be released incrementally in the coming weeks leading into the comp.
If you wish to have a refund you can request one up until the week before rego closes, so the 25th of Sep.

Teams have 16 min to find a 1RM Deadlift and Shoulder to Overhead
Pairs will start on opposite movements and spend 8 mins on each
400kgs will be allocated to each team, how you distribute that is up to you.

*Can do 60 Knees to chest but all 4 members have to do it
Teams will go in pairs and go round for round for 16 min
Pairs can share the work within the round however they want.
