CrossFit Fibre's in house Pairs Comp. 

This is a pairs workout where you will share the load, workout with a friend in a friendly handicapped in house competition. 

Work out together, cheer for each other, lift each other, sweat together, be there for each other.

  • All Athletes are to complete a Row.
  • No minimum work requirment.
  • Partner is only allowed to work in Part B when rowing begins.

  • Chest must Clearly touch the bar
  • Arms must lock out from below and rep must start in a dead hang before beginning the pull

0-2 minutes Max Ring Row

  • Shoulders Under the Ring
  • Feet Bent at 90 degrees
  • Wrist must touch the chest/ribs

  • Can be any type of Clean - Power or Squat
  • Atheletes to load the bars. 
  • Weights to Increase only.
  • Athletes must declare weights before lifting.
  • Athletes must show clear control of the bar - No Pop Offs
  • Score will be the Team Total of successful lifts.
  • 7min Cap
