> Inclusions: 3 Workouts, Team Check-in Photo shoot and Team Sign Board.

THRUST ISSUES
Event Type: Team of 3 — Total Lift
Workout Description:
At the call of “3, 2, 1… Go!” all three athletes will have 8 minutes to establish their heaviest successful lift.
Two athletes will perform a Clean (either a Squat Clean or Power Clean).
One athlete will perform a Thruster (from the floor).
Athlete Roles:
Each athlete must declare their chosen lift (Clean or Thruster) before the workout begins and notify their judge.
Once the workout has started, athletes may not switch between the Clean and Thruster roles.
Scoring:
Each athlete’s heaviest successful lift will be recorded.
The team’s total score is the combined total weight of all three lifts.
In the event of a tie, the team with the lowest combined bodyweight (optional tie-break rule) or the earliest successful total may be used as a tiebreaker.
Time Cap: 8 Minutes

8 MINUTES MAX ECHO BIKE CALORIES
PEDAL, PULL AND PRAY
AMRAP8
As a team of 3, complete as many rounds as possible of:
21 Wall Balls (20/14 lb to 10/9 ft target) – split as desired
18 Pull Ups - split as desired
15 Clean and Jerks (60/40kgs) – split as desired
12 Synchronized Burpees Over the Bar – 2 athletes in sync, lateral jump
Rogue Echo Bike:
One athlete must be on the Echo Bike at all times during the workout. The Athletes can rotate as needed.
Echo Bike calories are scored separately from the AMRAP rounds.
Workout Flow:
At any given time:
2 athletes are performing the AMRAP.
1 athlete is on the Echo Bike.
Athletes can switch at any time, but transitions must be quick to keep both the bike moving and the rounds progressing.
2 athletes come together for the synchronized burpees.
Scoring
Score A: Total rounds + reps completed in the AMRAP.
Score B: Total calories on the Echo Bike accumulated in 8 minutes.
