HP3 - Partner Competition
About This Competition
AND HERE WE GO...
We’re back with another fitness competition—and this time, it’s everyone vs everyone in a single, all-inclusive division!
After the success of our last partner event, we’re bringing back the partner format, but with a twist: mixed pairs are now allowed! Whether you're a first-time competitor or a seasoned vet, this is your chance to show off your fitness, teamwork, and strategy.
What to Expect:
One Division: No set MM or FF, Scaled or RX categories—just one big, fun challenge for all.
Partner Workouts: A mix of teamwork, synchronization, individual skill, and smart strategy.
Inclusive Programming: In most challenging movements, only one teammate will need to be able to perform the movement or weight.
Movement Substitutions: Scaled options available (e.g., 1 Pull-Up = 2 KB Swings, 1 TTB = 2 Sit-Ups).
Peer Judging: Just like before, competitors will judge each other to keep the vibe fun and friendly.
Who Can Join?
If you're comfortable with the listed weights and movements—or willing to scale—you’re good to go! If you have questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help and want everyone to feel welcome.
