Red Bull HIIT The Beach
About This Competition

Miami Beach 10th - 13th Street
Miami Beach becomes your arena. Pairs take on sand runs, bodyweight burners, erg machines, and strength tests - pushing through obstacles, carries, and synchro lifts until the final push across the finish line. Fast, raw, and unforgiving, this is functional fitness, Red Bull HIIT The Beach style!
Every athlete will earn a Tank / Socks / Wristbands and the chance to win epic Red Bull prizes.
Red Bull HIIT The Beach Challenge:
500m run both complete
Enter the Bodyweight Burn arena
20/15/10/5 Box jump overs progressing down the lane for after each number is completed,
*can be box step overs if needed both complete numbers before the next steps forward
20/15/10/5 Burpees in the sand, two foot take off in the air and hands clapped above head , progressing into marked number sand pits both complete numbers before the next steps forward
Sand cart pull - 1 x down and back
500m run both complete
Enter the endure the endurance arena
Athletes work their way through the following stepping forward into a new section after completing each machine
2km total bike erg
1km total row erg
1km total ski erg
500m run both complete
Enter the stay strong in the sand arena
Each athlete must complete an object carry in the sand with 4 total up and down of the slalom finishing where athletes started
Once completed athletes will move forward to the deadlift station area and complete a total of 40 reps of 95lb bar for women and 135lb bar for men. 40 reps in total must be completed in any split

Enter the final push arena
Each athlete will complete a under over obstacle course taking a beach item with them to go under the under beam and over the over beam, teams will complete 4 full up and downs, finishing where they began before moving on
Athletes will then in pairs push up and down the rum barrels in the sand roiling up and down 2 times before returning to the starting position and then running through our finish line.
The score is the time it takes for both athletes to cross the finish line with their chip timer intact and completed all elements of each arena
