3:00 AMRAP stone to blocks:
16 reps @ Weight 1
12 reps @ Weight 2
Max reps weight 3 in remaining time.
2:00 AMRAP Burpee Box Get Overs
Immediately after the 3:00 stones, partners will begin 2:00 Mac burpee box get overs. Partners may switch as desired, does not have to be alternating.
Box Height 48/44
Score = combined reps at weight 3 + reps of burpee box get overs
Teams will work through Squat Clean Ladder with 1 minute at each barbell and 30 seconds of transtition between bars.
Both partners must attempt a squat clean on each barbell.
Score: combined load successfully lifted by both partners.
Tiebreaker: number of deadlifts completed at last failed barbell, or at heaviest barbell if ladder is completed.
In 2-2-2-3 minute intervals, complete:
3 synchro Wall Walks
15 Synchro Toes to Bar
-Max Overhead squats in remaining time(until 75 reps are completed)-
1:00 of rest between intervals
For time:
100 Double Unders (split)
50/36 Calorie Echo Bike (split)
30 Synchro Line Facing Burpees
