Northern Championships 007 - Individuals and Mixed Pairs - Live Finals
About This Competition
Individual and Mixed Pairs will all compete on Saturday 27th September
Workouts will be released during the week in the run up to the live event
We are taking Northern Champs on tour! This time around we head CrossFit Tyneside in heart of Newcastle for an end of summer comp you won't want to miss. Athlete T's are being printed and our athlete packs are being finalised. The workouts will test you to your limits and we will find the fittest athletes in the north.
