About This Competition

Dualilty 2025 will be held on November 14th-15th, 2025 at the San Antonio Shrine Pavilion. 

WHAT DIVISION/GROUP SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR? CLICK HERE!

The first step to compete as a 2 person team is to register for the Separator Events.

All individual and team divisions will be completing 3 workouts Nov. 15th. 

Rx and Intermediate Teams will also compete in "Friday Night Lights" on Friday November 14th at the same location. 

We are limiting the field to 225 teams so act fast before it sells out!

ALL TEAMS MUST COMPLETE & SUBMIT SEPARATOR WORKOUTS!

 

WHAT DIVISION/GROUP SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR? CLICK HERE!

The Team Separator Event will begin 10/1/2025 and last for 2 weeks.

All teams MUST submit scores for all separator workouts no later than October 14th, 2025.

Teams will register for either GROUP 1 (Scaled/Super Scaled) or GROUP 2 (Rx/Int). Based on your team's finish position, your team will be placed in the corresponding division.

Top half of GROUP 1 will be placed in Scaled division, Bottom half will be in Super-Scaled division. Top half of GROUP 2 will be placed in Rx division, and bottom half in Intermediate division. 

INDIVIDUAL DIVISIONS DO NOT HAVE TO COMPLETE SEPARATOR WORKOUTS. All individual divisions will be first come first serve registration, so don't wait too long, slots are limited. Individual registration opens July 10th, 2025. 

We are looking forward to seeing everyone return to the competition floor!

*Any athlete making it to the 12 min may do AMRAP box over burpees in the 13th minute as tiebreak.

1 Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats
