About This Competition

Warrior Affiliate League, in association with REVISION FITNESS and SIGNS RX, is proud to present 

THREE AMIGOS 3-person (MMM or FFF) Team Functional Fitness/ CF Team Competition

When: Saturday, November 15, 8 AM - 2:00 PM

Where: Chino CrossFit 13781 Roswell Ave Chino CA

"Three Amigos", 3-person teams of same gender (MMM or FFF), functional fitness team competition across 6 divisions, for athletes of all skill levels.  

Whether your are new to CF, or a veteran competitor, this event is for YOU! Don't miss your chance to compete in this 3-person team event. Grab 2 friends and build your super team! Register Early! 

PRICING FEE SCHEDULE *(+ processing fee)

MAY 15-JUN1:   $265 per team ($88pp) + processing fee 

JUN 1-JUL 31:   $285/team  ($95pp) + processing fee

AUG 1-SEP 15:  $300/team ($100pp) + processing fee

SEP 16-OCT 31:  $325/team ($109pp) + processing fee

5 DIVISIONS:  Men's Advance, Mens' Intermediate, Women's Advance, Women's Intermediate, Women's FUN.

NOTE:  Teams who register 15 days prior to event date, will be guaranteed (3) exclusive event tank tops and (1) team name plate. Event tanks and team name plates will be subject to availability with team registrations confirmed after deadline.

 

TO REGISTER:

One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members' names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering.

Refund Policy: While we can’t offer refunds, we’re happy to accommodate team and athlete exchanges up to 14 days prior to the event!

Tent City: Bring your gym crew and friends to set up tents in our designated area! Space is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What to Bring: Cheer Squad, canopies, chairs, coolers, and a whole lot of fun! Let’s make this event unforgettable!

"TOE THE LINE"

ADVANCED DIVISION: With a 12 minute running clock: 

PART A (E1) -  For Time:

Then IMMEDIATELY perform:

WOD Description:

  • PART A - On Go! A1 will enter grid and perform Power Cleans, while A2 and A3 wait at the start line. Athletes may switch at any time. Once 35 Power Cleans are completed, (2) athletes will go to the rig and perform the team gymnastics movement: ADV-Synchronized T2B (A1+A2), INT-A1 T2B + A2 Dead Hang on Pull up bar, W FUN-A1 Hanging Knee Raises + A2 Dead Hang on pull up bar, while A3-Rests. Athletes may switch at any time. T2B repetition will only count if both A1 and A2 touch the pull up bar with 4 feet at the same time (ADV).  T2B repetition will only count if A2 is hanging on pull up bar while A1 performs T2B (INT/W FUN). Once 15 T2B are completed. Time will be taken for Part A.
  • PART B - Then immediately, team will perform Part B in the same context as above. Team will perform 35 S2OH, 15 Synchro T2B, 25 Snatches, 15 Synchro T2B, then 25 Thrusters. Once 25 Thrusters are completed. Time will be recorded for Part B.
    Please note each movement has different weight loads. All athletes may help change weight loads prior to lifting barbell. Again, only one athlete works at one time with barbell. Two athletes work together during T2B movement, while A3 rests. Athletes may change at any time throughout workout.
  • PART C - Then with remaining time, team will perform max reps gymnastics. Score will be the repetitions (gymnastics movement) accumulated as a team.
    ADV- Bar Muscle Ups, INT – Chin over bar Pull ups, W FUN – Ring Rows
  • This workout has three separate scores: (1) Time Part A, (2) Time Part B (3) Max reps gymnastics movement. Time cap 12:00

  • PART III: On Go! A1 will enter grid and perform as many Heavy MB Cleans over the yoke. Only one athlete may work at one-time. Athletes may switch at any time. Yoke height will be announced on event day.
  • This workout has three separate scores: (1) Max reps in Part I, (2) Max CAL row, and (3) Max MB Clean over the yoke.

EVENT 7 - AXLE BAR LADDER – “FAT CITY”

Every minute on the minute, each Athlete will perform:

1 Axle Bar Squat Clean

**Power, Hang, or Squat will be accepted for CLEAN Movement. (1) Clean + (1) Front Squat will be accepted as a rep.

Men ADV/INT:  90#,110#,130#,150#,165#,180#,200#,220#,240#
Women ADV/INT/FUN: 50#,60#,70#,80#,90#,100#,115#,125#,140#

EMOM team will have exactly 1-minute to perform three successful lifts (1 lift per athlete) at the designated station. Each successful lift is a buy-in to advance to the next station. This sequence will repeat every minute on the minute (EMOM) until the athlete fails a pre-loaded station. Score is the sum of the heaviest successful lifts per athlete (A1+A2+A3).
