About This Competition
ELFIT Championship is back for its 13th edition.
Proudly standing as one of the biggest and longest-running fitness competitions in the world, ELFIT has been uniting the fitness community since its debut in February 2013.
Every year, athletes from all over the globe and from every fitness level come together to compete, connect, and celebrate movement, strength, and well-being.
Last year, the 12th edition of ELFIT Sports & Fitness Games brought together over 1000 athletes, more than 400 organizers, and 2,500 Attendees who filled the venue with energy and support. It was a powerful reminder of the spirit and community that continues to grow around ELFIT year after year.
This year, ELFIT Championship 2025 Finals will take place from 19–22 November 2025 at the world-class New Capital Sports City.
We’re committed to raising the bar even higher bringing you a world-class event, an electric atmosphere, and unforgettable moments. Join us in Egypt, one of the most culturally rich countries in the world as we continue to celebrate fitness, community, and the power of sport.
DIVISIONS & CATEGORIES:
This year we will have 13 divisions broken down to 20 different categoires. Only 5 categories will require to go through an online qualifiers while the remaining 15 can register directly to the finals at a first comes first serve basis.
Categories with online qualifiers:
- Men Elite (Born in 2006 or before)
- M/W Intermediate (Born in 2006 or before)
- M/W Scaled (Born in 2006 or before)
Categories with NO online qualifiers:
- Women Elite (Born in 2006 or before)
- Scaled M/W Masters 35+ (Born in 1990 or before)
- Men Masters 35+ (Born in 1990 or before)
- Men Masters 40+ (Born in 1985 or before)
- Women Masters 40+ (Born in 1985 or before)
- Men Masters 45+ (Born in 1980 or before)
- Men Masters 50+ (Born in 1975 or before)
- Men Masters 55+ (Born in 1970 or before)
- M/W U18 (Born in 2007 or after)
- M/W U22 (Born in 2003 or after)
- Scaled Mixed Team of 3 (2M+1W) (Born in 2006 or before)
- Rookies Mixed Team of 3 (2M+1W) (Born in 2006 or before)
Divisions will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a division has reached its maximum capacity, it will be locked and no additional entries will be accepted.

- Masters 40+: 20 Men & 20 Women
- Masters 45+: 15 Men
- Masters 50+: 10 Men
- Masters 55+: 5 Men
- Youth U22: 20 Men & 15 Women
- Youth U18: 20 Men & 15 Women
- Scaled Teams: 40 Teams
- Rookies Teams: 40 Teams
Important Notes:
- If the number of registrants in any of the online qualifications categories doesn’t exceed the number of their spots in the finals, we will qualify a percentage of the registered athletes in this category.
- If fewer than 5 athletes register in a specific age group for the finals, the division will be merged with the next younger age group (Masters) or older age group (Youth)
- ELFIT’s management team solely has the right to give one or more athletes a wild card to qualify directly in any division.
- If a division does not meet the required minimum number of participants of 5 athletes, ELFIT has the right to cancel this division
