To celebrate Mount CrossFit's 15th birthday, we're throwing a little celebration!
Teams will be male / female, with 3 events across 3 divisions; RX, Intermediate, and scaled.
Entry is free - however we ask that you make a donation supporting the efforts and families affected by the the local land slips.

WOD 1A & 1B – “Hold My Hand”
Pairs Event
Time Cap: 7 minutes
Partners work one at a time
Flow:
- Partner 1: 800m Row
→ Partner 2: Max Effort Wall Balls
- Partner 2: 800m Row
→ Partner 1: Max Effort Wall Balls
Partner 1 can join in on the wall balls until the 7 minute cap. Must used their assigned wall ball.

Fastest combined time to complete both 800m rows
(each partner scored individually, then combined)

Relay style – one athlete working at a time
- Bike Calories – 20 / 17
- Box Jump Overs – 15 (24”)
- Toes to Bar – 12
- Strict Handstand Push-Ups – 9
- Toes to Bar – 12

● One athlete completes a full movement before tagging the next athlete.
● Team finishes when final bike calories are completed.

No dropping the bar during the complex
You may reset between attempts
Score is the total combined Complex for both athletes.
