In-House CrossFit Competition – First Point CrossFit

📍 Noosa | 🗓 11th October | ⏰ 9:00am start

Join us for a fun-filled day of fitness, community, and laughter as First Point CrossFit hosts our in-house pairs competition alongside CrossFit CrossAxed. This is not about finding the fittest—it’s about enjoying the day, moving with friends, and celebrating what we love about CrossFit.

👉 Pairs of any type welcome: RX with Beginner, Male with Female, Masters with Teens—mix it up however you like.

👉 Eligibility: All competitors must be members of either First Point CrossFit or CrossFit CrossAxed.

👉 Workouts: Two announced ahead of time, one surprise event on the day that everyone can tackle.

👉 Schedule: Competition runs through the day, finishing early–mid afternoon. Afterwards, we’ll roll straight into celebratory food and drinks (venue TBA).

Expect a little sweat, plenty of smiles, and a whole lot of community spirit. Don’t stress about the workouts—they’ll be fun, accessible, and designed for everyone.
