Scaled: 35s/20s
This is a straight forward burner! All 3 athletes will stand in a circle and perform:
- 3 synchro Dual DB Deadlifts: Sunchro is at the top of the movement.
- 5 synchro Dual DB Hang Snatch: Synchro will be when all 3 athletes have DBs overhead
- 7 Dual DB Front Squats: Synchro is both bottom and top of the Front Squat.
