Formed in community. Shaped by competition.

Welcome to FFX 2025

For the past 2 years we continue to see the FFX community grow. You can expect a fun, well run event that will have energy pouring from the athletes and spectators alike. Friends are made in the form of competitors. The competition will not disappoint. Be prepared to work & celebrate a full day of fitness celebration.

Scaled: 35s/20s


This is a straight forward burner! All 3 athletes will stand in a circle and perform:

  • 3 synchro Dual DB Deadlifts: Sunchro is at the top of the movement.
  • 5 synchro Dual DB Hang Snatch: Synchro will be when all 3 athletes have DBs overhead
  • 7 Dual DB Front Squats: Synchro is both bottom and top of the Front Squat.

4 Sand Bag Clean To Shoulder 150/100lbs

  • Each athlete will perform the cardio portion waterfall style.
  • All athletes must return from the run before Athlete A starts their Front Squats
  • 2 Scores:
    1. Time is takes to complete the cardio piece as a team
    2. Cumulative load of each Max Rep Front Squats.
